WHAT: As a part of the Congressional Black Caucus and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Environmental Justice Tour, EPA Administrator Lisa P. Jackson, will travel to Spartanburg, South Carolina to present the ReGenesis Project with the 2009 Environmental Justice Achievement Award.
