EPA Awards $170,000 to the City of Dallas

(Dallas, Texas – March 19, 2008) The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has awarded $170,000 to the City of Dallas for Dallas Sustainable Skylines. The award will fund three studies that will support the adoption of business practices that will significantly contribute to improved air quality in the Dallas metropolitan area. The City of Dallas expects the results of the studies to be useful tools in persuading various sectors of the community to adopt more energy efficient practices and to reduce emissions.
