It will improve the Agency's coordination with state and local authorities and increase EPA's understanding of issues important to South Texas residents.

The director of EPA's El Paso Border Outreach Office, Marvin Waters, also will attend and will be available to answer questions in English and Spanish. Mr. Waters will be responsible for staffing the Brownsville office.
