EPA Administrator Christie Whitman on Thursday will deliver the Keynote Address at the Commencement Exercises of the University of Maryland School of Public Affairs. The Maryland School of Public Affairs was founded in 1981 and has a national reputation in the public policy arena. The school offers a curriculum that prepares students to work across sectors to address society’s problems. U.S. News and World Report has ranked the School in the top 20 of its peers, with the environmental, social and public finance programs in the top 10.
