EPA Administrator Christie Whitman on Sunday, May 26, will deliver the Keynote Address at the Commencement Exercises of Hamilton College in Clinton, NY. Administrator Whitman is also receiving an honorary degree from the college. Hamilton College is the third oldest college established in New York State. Founded in 1793 as the Hamilton-Oneida Academy it was chartered as Hamilton College in 1812.
