CONNECTICUT METAL FINISHER FINED ON ENVIRONMENTAL CRIMES
James J. Scalise, of New Britain, Conn. and Frey Manufacturing Co. Inc. (Frey), a metal finishing company, were indicted in U.S. District Court in Hartford, Conn., on May 2, on three counts of violating the Clean Water Act.
