EPA Administrator Carol M. Browner will address the Keep America Growing Conference sponsored by the American Farmland Trust in Philadelphia, Pa., on Tuesday, June 8, 1999. Browner will discuss the Administration’s Better America Bonds initiative – a new innovative tool to help communities preserve open spaces, protect water quality and clean up Brownfields.
