Public Meetings Will Review Soil Cleanup Plan for Fletcher's Paint Superfund Site in Milford, N.H. // Tuesday, June 17, 7:00 p.m. at Milford Town Hall

(Boston, Mass. - June 11, 2008) - EPA's New England regional office will hold a Public Information Meeting for the Fletcher’s Paint Superfund Site on Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Milford Town Hall, located at 1 Union Square, Milford N.H. This meeting will allow the community to learn more about a proposed change to the soil cleanup plan. EPA representatives will be available to answer questions from the public.
On July 8th, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Milford Town Hall, EPA will hold a Public Hearing with a Formal Comment Session to give citizens the opportunity to enter official oral or written comments for the public record about this proposed plan. If you have a concern or preference regarding EPA’s proposed cleanup plan, EPA wants to hear from you before making a final decision on how to protect your community. EPA will be accepting public comment on the Fletcher’s Paint Superfund site cleanup proposal from June 18, 2008, through July 19, 2008.
