Ceremony Set to Present Environmental Excellence Awards to Oklahoma Winners

       The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced that Myron Knudson, Director of the Region's Superfund Division, will present eight Environmental Excellence awards in an Oklahoma City ceremony. Oklahoma Secretary of the Environment Brian Griffin will represent the Governor at the ceremony. H.A. Cave, Director of the Waste Management Division of the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) and ODEQ Superfund Program Director Scott Thompson also will participate in the presentation. Recipients will receive plaques, Environmental Excellence flags and lapel pins.
