On Friday, October 24, 2003, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Agnes Scott College and the South River Watershed Alliance will participate in the cleanup of Shoal Creek in DeKalb County, Georgia. This event will be held to celebrate Rivers Alive Month and the 31st Anniversary of the Clean Water Act.
