ALABAMA COMPANY CHARGED WITH ILLEGAL WASTE DISPOSAL
On March 11, the Rainsville Church Pew Co. Inc., of Rainsville, Ala., was charged in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama in Birmingham with illegally storing hazardous waste at its refinishing plant in Dekalb County.
