MONDAY: EPA, NASA Administrators to Discuss Science, Engineering Education at Howard University

WASHINGTON – NASA Administrator Charles Bolden and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lisa P. Jackson will meet with Howard University and Howard University Middle School of Mathematics and Science (MS)² students to discuss the importance of science and engineering education at 9 am on Monday, April 26.
The two administrators will also sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to promote collaboration between NASA and EPA for cooperation in environmental and Earth sciences and environmental management applications. This is a renewal of a broad MOA to promote collaboration between NASA and EPA to improve environmental and Earth science research, technology, environmental management, and the application of Earth science data, models and technology in environmental decision-making.
