Billy L. Stevens was sentenced to one year and one day in prison on March 25 in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri in Kansas City for violating the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. The defendant was co-owner and president of RS Services Inc., which operates in Kansas City as Mizzou Painting and Special Coatings.
