U.S. EPA Administrator Carol M. Browner will address the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, Oct. 7, at 12 noon, regarding Clinton Administration actions to protect Florida’s water resources -- including the Everglades -- and to combat global warming. Administrator Browner also will discuss the role of the President’s Clean Water Action Plan in cleaning up the nation’s rivers, lakes and streams.
