U.S. EPA Administrator Carol M. Browner will deliver the keynote address at the Brookings Institute’s National Issues Forum in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday, Oct. 13, at 12 noon. Administrator Browner will outline Clinton Administration actions to protect the environment and public health across the nation while growing the economy.
