     SAN FRANCISCO - Administrator Christie Whitman tomorrow will join Arizona Governor Jane Hull for a tour of the APS Solar Test and Research Center in Tempe, Arizona.

     The Administrator and Governor will make brief remarks.  Whitman and Hull will also visit Desert Vista High School to highlight energy efficiency.
