The prosecution resulted from an investigation by the Indiana Inter-Agency Environmental Crime Task Force, made up of EPA’s Criminal Investigation Division, the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, and the FBI with the assistance of EPA’s National Enforcement Investigations Center. The case was prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Indianapolis.
