EPA Administrator Carol M. Browner will open, and Mary D. Nichols, EPA Assistant Administrator for Air and Radiation, will moderate a public meeting in Washington, D.C., Thursday on cleaner air for the 12 northeastern states (and Washington, D.C.) that make up the Ozone Transport Commission. This is an organizational meeting of a Clean Air Act Advisory Committee Subcommittee, which will be open to the public.
