U.S. EPA Administrator Carol M. Browner will join Cincinnati Mayor Roxanne Qualls on
Wednesday, Jan. 28, 1998, at 12:15 p.m. at Sawyer Point in Cincinnati, Ohio, to discuss the impact of environmental initiatives in President Clinton's 1998 State of the Union Address on residents of Cincinnati and other communities across the nation. Among the initiatives Browner will address are Clinton Administration efforts to ensure clean, safe water for all Americans and to curb the pollution that causes global warming.
