U.S. EPA Administrator Carol M. Browner will join First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, U.S. Representative Constance Morella and others in addressing the National Breast Cancer Coalition Fund at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, D.C. on Monday, May 4, at 12:25 p.m. Browner will discuss Clinton Administration efforts to protect women from environmental health risks, including strengthening standards for clean air and water and safe food to reduce the environmental toxics that may cause breast cancer and other harmful health effects. Browner will also detail Administration actions to expand the public’s right-to-know about toxics released in their communities, so that women can make informed decisions to protect their health and the health of their families.
