EPA Will Hold Two Public Hearings on Proposed Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule

(04/03/09) EPA will hold public hearings on April 6 and 7 from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Arlington, Va., regarding the agency’s proposal for the first national greenhouse gas reporting rule. EPA will consider written comments submitted during the comment period with the same weight as oral comments presented during the public hearing.
What: Public hearing on the proposal for the first comprehensive national system for reporting emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases produced by major sources in the United States.
Where: EPA Potomac Yard South Conference Center, 2777 Crystal Drive, Room S-1204, Arlington, VA 22202. Daily parking is available in the building
When: Monday and Tuesday, April 6 and 7 from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
