EPA ADMINISTRATOR BROWNER TO ANNOUNCE GRANT,
OPEN COMPUTER LAB FOR KRAMER MIDDLE
SCHOOL FOR ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE
To demonstrate support for environmental protection of the Anacostia River and its watershed, EPA Administrator Carol M. Browner will announce a grant to the Kramer Middle School for Environmental Science and participate in the inauguration of an EPA-funded environmental computer lab at the school. Funded as part of an effort by EPA’s Office of Water to educate students about how they can protect local waterbodies in their communities, the computer lab and grant will focus on education about environmental protection of the Anacostia River.
