EPA awards over $100,000 to the New Mexico Environment Department to support the Public Water System Supervision program

(Dallas, Texas – July 10, 2007) The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency recently awarded $128,544 to the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED). The funds will be used in support of the New Mexico Public Water System Supervision program. To assure New Mexico's drinking water supply is safe, project activities under this program include implementing, maintaining, and evaluating water system supervision.
