CHICAGO (Nov. 14, 2005) — U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 5U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Stephen L. Johnson will be in Trenton, Mich., to discuss the completed cleanup of contaminated sediments in the Black Lagoon, an inlet of the Detroit River. This cleanup was the first to be funded under the Great Lakes Legacy Act of 2002.
When: 9 a.m., E.S.T., Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2005
Where: Meyer-Ellias Park (at the waterfront) at the corner of W. Jefferson and Helen Avenues, Trenton. Parking is available on Helen Ave.
