State/Territory/Navajo Nation Annual Public Water Systems Compliance Report
Many states, territories, and tribes with enforcement primacy share with EPA a website link where the public can access their annual public water systems or PWS compliance reports. EPA has provided access to these URLs through the map below. The URLs accessible by clicking on the map may provide a direct link to the primacy agency’s report or a link to the primacy agency’s drinking water website. The map below also includes links to pages where the public can access the EPA annual reports for Wyoming and DC, which are jurisdictions without enforcement primacy for drinking water.
To view annual compliance information in jurisdictions for which EPA does not have a URL in the map below, users can proceed to EPA’s drinking water dashboard. On the dashboard site, select “Calendar Year” from the “Year View” dropdown menu and then select the state or territory from the “State” dropdown menu or Navajo Nation from the “Tribe” dropdown menu. For additional information on how to use the drinking water dashboard, visit HELP for annual reports on the dashboard.
For states, territories, and tribes with enforcement primacy that submitted their “state” annual public water systems compliance report to EPA along with a website link to access that report, the URL is listed below.
Wyoming and the District of Columbia do not have enforcement primacy for drinking water, so EPA develops and posts their annual reports.
