IV. SPECIAL HANDLING AND WORKER PRECAUTIONS FOR STORAGE AND FIELD APPLICATION |

1. Flammability: TOPSALL #30 (a/k/a SUPERALL #38) is non-flammable 2. Ventilation: Normal type household ventilation is adequate for handling and storage. 3. Skin and eye contact; protective clothing; treatment in case of contact: In case of contact with eyes, wash thoroughly with large amounts of water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. Use protective gloves for manual cleaning. 4.a. Maximum storage temperature: 120°F 4.b. Minimum storage temperature: 20°F 4.c. Optimum storage temperature range: 40°F to 100°F 4.d. Temperatures of phase separations and chemical changes: TOPSALL #30 (a/k/a SUPERALL #38) has a pour point of 20°F and a boiling point of 212°F. |

1. Application Method: For general use, apply by spray, mop, etc. Agitate severe spots and rinse thoroughly for a residue-free surface. 2. Concentration/Application Rate: Dilute as noted below: DILUTION TABLE
*Rigs and platforms, bilges, decks, waterline scum, shop machinery and equipment. **Degasing tanks and barges, engine rooms and soot, oil stained concrete, petroleum based drilling muds. ***Black magic, Bunker C, crude oil, holding tanks, grease traps. DO NOT USE UNDILUTED ON COMPOSITION FLOORS, WATER BASE PAINTED SURFACES, OR ALUMINUM. 3.Conditions for Use: Recommended for cleaning petroleum fractions from decks, platforms, bilges, rigs, and other seagoing equipment, as noted above. |
