Interim Guidance: Opportunities for Independent Technical Assistance in Superfund Settlements

- model TAP language for administrative orders on consent (AOCs) for remedial investigation/feasibility studies (RI/FS) and consent decrees (CDs) for remedial design/remedial action (RD/RA) using Superfund Alternative Approach; **
