Sustainable Features
- The building was awarded the ENERGY STAR® in 2013 with a score of 93.
- The facility has installed occupancy sensors for lights, has recycled-content carpet, used low volatile organic compound paint and incorporated recycled glass in its landscaping.
- The facility’s courtyard features native, drought-resistant vegetation and semi-pervious concrete pavers.
The facility has a Level 2 zero-emission vehicle charging station that can charge one vehicle at a time.
