Environmental Technologies Trade Advisory Committee (ETTAC)
The ETTAC was established by Congress in 1994 under the Jobs through Trade Expansion Act to advise the interagency Environmental Trade Working Group (ETWG) of the Trade Promotion Coordinating Committee, through the Secretary of Commerce, on the development and administration of programs to expand U.S. exports of environmental technologies, goods and services. EPA’s Office of International and Tribal Affair Assistant Administrator co-chairs ETWG with the Secretary of Commerce and provides input on relevant recommendation letters.
