Proposed Permit

EPA is proposing to modify this permit. We initially accepted public comments on proposed modifications from July 18 through September 1, 2023 (see below for comments received).

A second public comment period is now open for new conditions added to the 2023 proposed modification. We are accepting comments on the revised draft permit from June 6 through July 8, 2024.
