Proposed Permit
EPA is proposing to reissue this permit. We initially accepted public comments on the draft permit from February 13 through May 15, 2023 (extended from March 30).
In May 2024, EPA is re-proposing the draft permit with new and revised conditions. We are accepting public comments on the revised draft permit from May 13 through August 26, 2024 (extended from June 27).
