2015 Petition for Reconsideration for Off-Site Waste and Recovery Operations Documents
In May 2015 the EPA was petitioned for reconsideration of certain aspects of the final rule by Eastman Chemical Company and the American Chemistry Council. The EPA granted reconsideration of the issue related to pressure relief devices on February 8, 2016, and denied reconsideration of the issue related to LDAR connector monitoring requirements. The denial was published in the Federal Register on May 16, 2016 (81 FR 30182). This page contains documents related to these actions.
