The feasibility analysis technical memorandum for Project #2 outlines an estimate of capital costs; an estimate of design, project, and construction management costs; an estimate of operation and maintenance (O&M) costs; a rough project implementation schedule; a summary of regulatory, engineering, and potential implementation issues; and a preliminary summary of social and environmental impacts. This evaluation supported the development of the alternatives for the Alternatives Analysis.
