Partial Approval and Partial Disapproval of Washington 2014-2018 303d List
After considering public comments regarding the addition of 115 waters to Washington’s list of impaired waters (i.e. the Clean Water Act section 303(d) list), EPA has revised its June 8, 2022, partial approval/partial disapproval action on the state’s combined 2014-2018 303(d) list.
The revision includes removing one water quality limited segment/pollutant pair (WQLS), and identifying a total of 114 WQLS for inclusion on Washington’s 303(d) list.
EPA accepted public comments on this action from June 8 through July 15, 2022.
The rationale and supporting data for EPA's decision are provided in the documents below.
