2022 TRI Virtual Conference
The 2022 TRI Conference was held September 20 and 21. Recordings and presentation slides are linked below.
Day 1, Session 1: Using TRI Data to Advance Environmental Justice and Pollution Prevention Goals |
---|
This session highlighted how TRI data are used by state agencies and university students. TRI data can be combined with demographic information to identify vulnerable communities and prioritize and implement technical assistance and other pollution prevention efforts. |

Day 1, Session 2: Intro to RSEI and Innovative RSEI Applications |
---|
This session provided an overview of EPA’s Risk-Screening Environmental Indicators (RSEI) model, along with example use cases and cutting-edge applications of RSEI results. Included a discussion of identifying areas with potential environmental justice concerns and incorporating local pollution in the analysis of greenhouse gas policies. |
