TRI Metal Mining Information
After careful consideration of the full regulatory agenda, current priorities, and resources, EPA has withdrawn from Office of Management and Budget review a draft notice of proposed rulemaking regarding reporting requirements for the metal mining industry under the Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) Program.
