Submit SAS Project
The South Atlantic Strategy (SAS) for Trash Free Waters is comprised of more than 75 stakeholder-driven project ideas for addressing aquatic trash pollution from entering southeastern watersheds and eventually the Atlantic Ocean. Potential SAS projects (or actions) were shared over the span of 2 years through 8 different state-wide and regional stakeholder engagement meetings. The SAS is specific to North Carolina, South Carolina, and the eastern portions of Georgia and Florida. Anyone working within this region can submit the below form to share insight on specific projects they plan on implementing, are currently implementing, or have implemented since January 2021 which are in alignment with the SAS.
If interested in sharing the details about your project in an associated region, please complete the following form below regarding proposed, active, and/or completed projects that help address actions outlined in the SAS. Please note that entries to this form will appear online on EPA's Trash Free Waters/South Atlantic Strategy Project Tracker.
