Our expert speakers present the key findings from the Draft National Rivers and Streams Assessment Report. This draft study, conducted by US EPA and its state, tribal, federal and other partners, was released on March 26, 2013. This is a study on the health of the nation's rivers and streams, from the largest great rivers to the smallest headwater streams. The document is available at www.epa.gov/aquaticsurveys, and the comment period closed on May 9, 2013. This survey, which we're very proud of, is the first of its kind in the nation. It includes an analysis of the changes in stream condition compared to the 2004 Wadeable Streams Assessment. The speakers will present the key findings from the Draft National Rivers and Streams Assessment report.
