Historical Cost Equations Documentation for CoST
EPA’s Control Strategy Tool (CoST) is used to estimate emissions reductions and engineering costs associated with control strategies applied to point and area sources of air pollutant emissions to support the analyses of air pollution policies and regulations. Cost equations can be used to estimate costs of control measures for certain point sources when data is available. EPA updates the cost equations documentation periodically. The files listed below are the historical versions of this documentation.
