Collaborative Opportunities for Measurement
EPA engages both formally and informally with state governments, concerned citizens and the private sector, to develop new monitoring technologies. If there is an idea and interest for collaborative engagement with the Agency in the areas of measurement, methods, monitoring or data analysis, please contact us.
Cooperative Research and Development Agreements
Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADAs) promote collaboration between EPA and non-EPA partners on environmental protection and environmental technology research, development and deployment. They are the most common mechanism for collaboration under the Federal Technology Transfer Act (FTTA) program.
- Federal Technology Transfer Act (FTTA)
- Collaborating with EPA through the Federal Technology Transfer Act
- EPA's Audit Policy
Federal Register Notices
The Federal Register (FR or Fed. Reg.) is the official journal of the federal government that contains government agency rules, proposed rules, and public notices. Notices include public meetings to foster collaborative engagement, grants and funding that could benefit measurement activities, and other announcements of interest to the general public or to the measurement community.
