POTW Pretreatment Considerations and Permitting Programs for Hauled Waste Webinar

The National Pretreatment Program regulations at Title 40 in the Code of Federal Regulations 403.5(b)(8) specifically prohibit any trucked or hauled pollutants, except at discharge points designated by the POTW.
